  • Rooms and cleanliness rated below other aspects — While not criticized in individual reviews, the overall rating for rooms and cleanliness is lower than location and dining, suggesting possible inconsistencies.
  • Value for money rated lower — The price and service category scores below other areas, which may indicate that some guests find the rates high for the experience, though off-season stays were considered good value.
  • No pets allowed — The hotel does not permit pets, which may be a limitation for those traveling with animals.
  • Limited natural light in some rooms — A guest noted that certain rooms, particularly those with lower floor levels, have high windows and less light, which may not suit everyone.

“If you want to be in the center of the city with all the sights and shops on your doorstep, this hotel is ideally located. It's in the middle of the old quarter in narrow streets with a fantastic view of the cathedral from the roof terrace and pool area. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean, and the air conditioning (once it had been set correctly) was very welcome during 38 degrees.”

“Really had a very nice stay for four nights in one of the garden rooms. Fairly clean hotel, brand-new rooms, magnificent and beautiful location in the old city center. Warm breakfast with lovely fresh juices and warm options on demand, for example, very attentive and skilled personnel.”

“This place suits me perfectly! The rooftop pool, 24-hour reception, and free Wi-Fi. I still remember how the staff helped me print my boarding pass on my first visit. Highly recommend for a romantic escape!”

“Perfect location, just a 3-minute stroll to the cathedral, and surprisingly quiet! The pool is blissfully spacious and the rooms are immaculate. Staff is overly helpful. I almost felt guilty!”

“The hotel is so unusual that I don't know if I can find the right words to describe it properly. Excellent location in the heart of Seville, two minutes walk from the main cathedral. The hotel is in an old building, seemingly unremarkable from the street, inside - a larger area, breakfast (ideal: freshly squeezed juices, variety of unusual sandwiches and snacks) takes place in the courtyard. We got room 004 (not in the pictures on booking) - entrance directly from the courtyard. It's the most unusual room I've seen - its floor is slightly below ground level, so the windows are high and light is not much, but it compensates with the huge size of the room, ancient carved wooden ceilings 5 meters high, and a second floor with a spacious bathroom (shower and L'Occitane cosmetics) and cabinets. Each time I entered the room I had the inexplicable feeling of entering a church. Then I learned that this building used to be the residence of the Archbishop of Seville. There's a bar on the roof and a swimming pool with stunning views right on the cathedral. On arrival, we were given coupons for free drinks at this bar. Inside the hotel there is a space with a display of ancient ruins, and in the common areas there are antique paintings and objects. In general, it's a real, very unusual place for those who can appreciate the atmosphere, the combination of antiquity and modern design, and history hovering in the air.”
